Which Agile or Scrum Training Should I Take?
Don’t worry, you don’t have to take all of them to be effective. However, the more you learn the better prepared you will be to lead the transformation. This two-day course provides leaders with the understanding and tools they need to effectively lead Agile and Scrum teams, establish the context for people to do their best work, and lead an Agile Transformation.
The Agile and Scrum training for teams is designed as a hands-on training workshop for new Scrum teams including the Product Owner and the Scrum Master. New Teams come out of training aligned and ready to begin their first sprint.
Our two-hour Agile workshop provides an overview of Agile for those stakeholders who will work with or be impacted by Agile Teams, even though they may not use Agile themselves.
We recommend that you train and certify the key business people who will make decisions and prioritize the work for the Scrum teams. Our Professional Scrum Product Owner certification course prepares those product owners with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
