AGILE, SCRUM AND KANBAN FOR TEAMS
COURSE SUMMARY
COURSE SUMMARY
The Agile, Scrum and Kanban for Teams is a hands-on instructor-led training workshop designed to be delivered to your entire Scrum Team at once. This includes the three Scrum Roles: the Development Whole Team, the Product Owner and the Scrum Master.
The benefits of the team training approach is that it creates team alignment, improves productivity and predictability, and fosters team spirit and collaboration.
