Course Summary

Leading agile transformations and reaching a higher level of business agility is complex. Creating cultural change on an individual-level, team-level and organizational-level requires new agile coaching skills. Simple, cookie-cutter transformation approaches fall short capturing the various views and therefore creates a mediocre and sub-optimal agile organization. Planning an agile transformation top-down and start-to-finish is neither successful nor does it signal the right message either. Thus, agile transformation coaches have a deep understanding of agile principles and how they can be effectively used during agile transformations. They also have the emotional intelligence to take leaders and team members alike on a journey that will fundamentally change the eco-system of the organization. In this course we will also use the Agile Kata (, a pattern to drive organizational change toward business agility, which you can implement immediately in your own organization.

This certification was specifically designed for agile coaches at the enterprise and portfolio level, transformational leaders who want to increase their coaching mindset, or anyone aspiring to these roles. It is also relevant for professionals with a strong background in change management and/or organizational design who have a curiosity about agile approaches at the enterprise level.
