  • Prioritize product backlog items based on value, risk, and effort and refine the product backlog throughout the development process.
  • Write actionable and testable user stories that capture user needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Estimate the effort and value of product backlog items using relative sizing, story points, and value points.
  • Leverage velocity, flow metrics, and throughput accounting to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and forecast completion dates.
