Course Summary

Responding to a fast-changing business world takes an agile, value-driven, iterative, and adaptive approach. Value-Driven Product Ownership is the art of championing and managing the flow of value delivery using such an approach.

Going beyond the limitations of a single agile framework, this accredited ICAgile course builds a strong foundation in the mindset, skills, and capabilities of Product Ownership and is reinforced with effective agile practices designed for customer-centric and collaborative value-driven software delivery.

​Value-Driven Product Ownership is applied learning at its best. Delivered in 4 x 4-hour workshops, participants go beyond theory as they apply techniques like Personas, Product Vision, Story Mapping, MVP (or MLP) identification, Prioritization Models, Progressive Elaboration, User Stories, Story Slicing, Acceptance Criteria and more to a realistic simulation.

Participants who successfully complete this course will earn the ICP-APO certification through ICAgile in the Product Ownership track and leave with the mindset, skills, and confidence as champions of value and leaders of value-driven, agile software delivery.
